About Us
We commenced operations with a lone staff in 1999. Slowly we grew through sheer hard work and application. All our staff members have completed three to five years of studies in the Universities or Engineering Institutes with medium of instruction as English. We aim to be one of the best quality Java based solution providers from India.

Eldhose' career in IT was ignited by his fascination for computer programming in FORTRAN, during his Engineering studies way back in 1990. The short tenure in the Manufacturing Industry saw him excel in production management as he moved on to being the plant in charge managing around 30 people by the age of 23. A couple of years later he learnt C while in Mumbai and made computing his career choice. A prudent visionary, he loves to think and plan.
His decision to accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 19; has transformed his life and has a phenomenal impact on his thinking and way of life. Married to Anna, they have three children Anand, Asha and Sneha.
Jain Paul Kuriakose BE - CEO & CTO

As the son of a reputed businessman, Jain had always loved being in business and handling its challenges. During his Engineering studies, Jain developed keen interest in Java Programming, and, started building his programming skills from then on. Today, when we look back, Jain has successfully handled several business assignments from Europe and the Asia Pacific, over the past decade.
An ace programmer and a great motivator, he enjoys driving and spending time with family and friends. He is a happy bachelor.
Mathew J. Kuruvilla BE- CMO (Chief Marketing Officer)

Mathew J. Kuruvilla holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science & Engineering. Sales & Marketing was always been his area of interest. He started with selling Advertisement Space for his college magazine & got in Corporates to sponsor events for his College Events. Later on, he started an independent business with an USA based multi-national and achieved phenomenal sales figures at the young age of 22 years. With the perfect blend of Technology ideas and Sales & Marketing experience, his input has been invaluable in Java Development India.
He loves traveling, meeting new people, listening to Christian Gospel music & playing his guitar. Mathew is married to Vidhya & they presently make their home in Coimbatore, India.

An Engineer by qualification, Manoj is an unswerving optimist whose vision and ability to build long term relationships has a great blessing to Java Development India. He leads the product development segment of the business and gives sound advice to our software development product clients. His strategic decisions regarding investments by Java Development India along with our partnership clients have been predominant.
Having spent most of his IT career in Mumbai and London, it gives him the rare and precious ability to think from both western and eastern perspectives.

A person of a quiet and gentle demeanor, Seema is a brilliant Java Programmer, whose excellent planning skills and committed dedication has resulted in long term relationships with some of our major European clients. She is responsible for overall project planning and control at Java Development India.
Seema and her husband Thomas are parents of cute and lively baby Allan.
