How we work?

We offer our software development services from our development centre at Kochi in India. Our developers are available to visit the client site if it is required. We do also have customer service centres in the UK, Australia and India.

Legal Considerations

It is our commitment to ensure that the projects developed with us remain secure and confidential. We sign Non Disclosure Agreement with our clients. All our employees have signed Non Disclosure agreement with Java Development India. The details of the projects are disclosed normally only to the team members involved in the project. All the IP rights of the developed products as well as those of the projects developed under long term ODC (Offshore Development Centre) are owned by the clients.

Privacy Considerations

Many of our clients are Software/Web Development companies from the Western Countries. Many of our clients have apprehensions about disclosing that they work with an offshore partner. We do understand this and work behind the scene not disclosing our identity to the end clients. We do so to protect the interest of our clients.

Financial Considerations

Before starting a project we sign a service contract which details the responsibilities, deliverables, pricing and the delivery schedule of the projects. We take an advance payment before starting on the project and the remaining payments are milestone based. Payments are to be made after clients approve the milestones and its deliverables.
