• This product is web enabled to connect operations of different branches. But there is option to make it location specific if it is required to keep operations independently at each division.
• The product also contains an accounts management system to manage financial accounting.
• The product also has a facility by which when a user logs in to the system they will be able to see what all jobs are allocated to the user and also show how many jobs are pending.
• The product also had an internal messaging service that enabled users to communicate through text messaging.
• The product is integrated with email, fax, and phone for handling the requests and also for client, supplier interaction.

Description

Master module is main entry session, where we can keep backup. The below screen shot for user messenger where a user can message to others.

The transaction module consists of enquiry, quotation, purchase order, delivery order, job card entry etc. The screen shot showed below is for customer purchase order; in this we can enter all purchase details of a particular customer.
